Use the first link in the picture above and you'll be taken to a log in page using password A (with the second link you can use password B instead). Inside the web mail, you can either change language yourself (select Horde to the left, Inställningar in the top bar and Regionalt. Change "Ange ditt förvalda språk" to something suitable and select "Spara inställningar").

Alternatively contact helpdesk by email or by phone, 018-4717890, and ask them to change it for you.
